Cinderella, West Side Story

This winter's performance will be an abbreviated version of both shows. Performances which include Level 3-6 dancers will be held in January 20 & 21, 2012 at Hamline University , Drew Fine Arts Center. Margaret Marinoff is directing Cinderella. Emily Blacik Joos and Brad Hamilton are directing West Side Story. Please watch for posters and ticket sales dates. This is a great opportunity for the younger dancers and their families to see the more advanced students perform.

Costume Invoices - Spring show

Because of early competition dates, and in order for costumes to be distributed before Picture Day, costumes for the spring performance will be ordered in mid-December. These invoices will be out soon.

For Winter and Spring shows the following apply:

• Deposits must be paid in order for your costumes to be ordered.
• If you are unsure about participation, costumes can still be ordered if the deposit is made at a later date, but we cannot guarantee when those costumes will arrive.
• Please make your deposits by the required dates or talk to Janet. Costume deposits are not refundable.
• Please let us know if you will not be participating in a performance as soon as possible.

 

Tuition

is payable at the beginning of each month at the front counter or by mail. Invoices are not sent unless your tuition is over 1 month late. Full tuition is due for December. Over the year there are at least 36 of each class offered despite the winter break. Tuition is divided into 9 monthly payments of 4 weeks each for simplicity.

We do not give credit for missed classes or extended vacations. See your teacher or Janet for potential make up classes. We hope you'll stay with us but if not, you are responsible for tuition payments until you notify Janet or Emily.

Sick Dancers?

We ask that if you are very sick, especially with a fever, you stay home from class. Thanks

Parking and Pick Up

For your convenience, students may be picked up from a secure location at the back of the studio. Just drive around the Old Counrty Buffet to the back of the building and look for the glass doors and windows.
